PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Payment in cash:

• upon receipt of the goods (targeted delivery by Nova Post courier).

This payment option applies exclusively to deliveries within the territory of Ukraine.

2. Cash on delivery by TC Nova Post:

• Payment for the order by cash on delivery is made after the parcel has been inspected for compliance with the order at a Nova Post branch.

•The Nova Post commission is charged 2% of the order amount, plus 20 UAH for the transfer of funds.

• If for some reason the order does not suit you, you simply refuse to receive the parcel and do not pay anything.

3. Payment by Visa and MasterCard:

• Payment through the Privat24 program or other bank applications. (After confirming the order, the manager will provide payment details).

• Payment by card on the site through the liqpay payment system.

• Payment through the paypal payment system.

DELIVERY

1. Free delivery in Ukraine is valid for purchases from 8000 UAH.

2. Delivery is carried out to the Nova Post branch/post office throughout Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories and Crimea.

• Delivery by Nova Post: is carried out throughout Ukraine. Delivery time is from 3 days according to the carrier’s tariffs.

• International delivery worldwide is carried out by Nova Post. The cost, terms and specific delivery service are discussed individually. Payment for the order is made by money transfer (in national currency at the commercial rate on the day of payment). The order is sent after 100% prepayment (cost of goods + delivery).
