Goods of proper quality, ordered on the website https://morandi.ua ., and did not fit for any reason (style, size, color), are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided:
- Absence of signs of use and wear;
- Preservation of the product appearance and consumer properties;
- Availability of original and intact packaging and labels.
- The buyer pays the shipping cost for the return/exchange of the product.*
* Exception: production defect or reassortment (different size, color or article). In this case, the return is made at our expense.
- Goods of inadequate quality (after use or with damaged labels) ordered on https://morandi.ua are not subject to exchange or return.
Product return process:
Send the product to the address that the manager will inform you;
- Receive money by bank transfer or card *
- The refund period is within 10 working days from the moment the online store manager receives the refund.
* If you received a defective product or were sent something that was not what you ordered, and at the same time you paid for delivery, the manager will offer free delivery of your next order.
Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- sanitary hygiene products and items (including toothbrushes);
- perfumery and cosmetic products;
- children’s toys (soft, rubber, inflatable);
- combs, combs, brushes (including massage brushes);
- delicate underwear (underwear, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas);
- bed linen;
- hosiery and sock goods;
- goods in aerosol packaging;
- semi-precious stone products, etc.

If the product being returned is not subject to exchange or return, the return of the product is at the customer’s expense.
In case of non-fulfillment of the conditions established by this clause, the Internet-store-warehouse https://morandi.ua has the right to refuse to satisfy the claim about the lack or shortage of any product.
