Please note that we are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt or negligence such as (not limited to) incorrect information (wrong order address/contact number/consignee’s name). If this is to occur, we are unable to file a refund. Any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. However, if there are any customers or import duties, they must be paid by the customer, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
At Morandi, customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees if they decide to not accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Morandi cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Return and Refund

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, goods purchased in the online store are subject to exchange and return within 14 days in the following cases: if the style, size, color did not suit the client or he is not satisfied with the quality of the product; the product has not been used and the brand packaging of the product, including tags and tags, has not been used in any way; the product is in the same condition as at the time of purchase, without any damage or defects.

Step 1: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can use our email contact support@morandi.ua and provide:

Order number
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason you’d like to return it
If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts

Step 2: Within 7 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method, according to your communication with our service team.

Please note:

For damaged items, faulty items and wrong items, we will issue a full refund (including the shipping cost)
For unwanted items or exchanges, customers will need to cover the return shipping cost, we will refund the cost of the item(s) once it reaches back our warehouse
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Due to international currency transfer, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
